"We're nowhere near Cerulean. Β This is the Sinnoh Region from what I've heard. Β But it'd be a good idea to map the mountain and to train inside the caves here."

*She runs off to train*
["Ugh . . . Apparently we need to catch some pokemon . . . Let's do some mapping, then we'll buy some poke balls and catch some pokemon."]

(luckily I've played platinum, I know her weakness >:3)
["so we have about 8 hours to get some pokemon, from what I've seen from my world, she's scared of ghost types, so we need some fire and some ghost type pokemon to give us the edge, where should we get some poke?"]
*I start wondering where we could get poke, or if we should just steal again, but it felt wrong stealing, maybe not for a pirate like Star, but for me? no...*

["The trainers in this town aren't too strong, it's not worth stealing anything . . ." Β *I grab a few poke balls from my backpack and toss you a couple* Β "I have a couple of poke balls from trainers dropping them on accident. Β You can use some if you want."]

*I take 4 pokeballs from you and stick them into the hoodies pockets*
["guess that would be the easiest way, she has 4 pokemon, and they are fairly strong, where do you think we could find some fire types around here? the only type that I've found around here are Rock types, which are weak to grass pokemon..."]

"I suppose we could-" Β ["Whoops, almost talked. Β I suppose we could float to Snowpoint City. Β It's pretty far away, but there are ice and fire types there, which are both strong to grass."]

["the pokemon up there are also alot stronger than anyone we could find down here, let's just hope we can avoid Candice, the gym leader up there aswell."]
*we walk out of town*
["think you can handle high speeds this time?"]

"Sure. Β I was just surprised last time. Β Let's go, we don't have much time."

*focusing, we lifted up and started flying towards the base of snowpoint mountain*
*a few minutes later we were there*
["I'd say this levitation power is the best way to get around, don't you think? much better than any vehicle I've ridden anyway"]

"Yeah . . . Plus this place's cold enough to feel okay wearing these clothes . . ."
*We walk into the wilderness*
"All we have to do is use our normal powers to knock some of the pokemon out, then we catch them. Β Okay?"

["yeah, I know how to catch pokemon, I'll go first"]
*after looking around for a bit, I notice a wild snover*
["here we go"]
*I reach out my hand and channel psychic powers through my hand, barraging it's mind until it is unconscious*
*I then take out one of my pokeballs and throw it at the Snover, catching it*

*I spot a Weavile, and I use my electric powers to shock it, making it faint. Β I throw a Poke-Ball at it, capturing it*
"There are also some Fire types out here, too. Β If there weren't, we'd freeze to death."

["I actually feel pretty warm, not sure about it yet, but I think I have a psychic shield or something protecting me from the elements..."]
*I look up at the mountain*
["I think if there were fire types, they'd likely be inside the mountain"]

"Yeah . . . So can you fly us up there?"

*we float up to the mountain's cave entrance*
*taking a step inside, I don't see any pokemon anywhere*

"I wouldn't be so sure . . ." Β *I shock a figure in the cave, it's a Flareon. Β I catch it with a poke-ball.*

["I'm guessing that you can see in the dark then"]
*looking for a small bit, I hear a Glowlithe barking at me*
*turning to it, I knock it out before it could even react and I catch it*
["I think 2 pokemon each should be enough, she did challenge both of us, thus it'll likely be a double battle, plus, I think I might be able to tip things even further to our favor."]

"Yeah, but I won't even be able to talk to her . . . Β That takes out some of the fun."

["I may be able to make her think that you can talk, and with practice, I bet you could learn to talk again, alot of pokemon can"]

"Ok, well, we have 5 hours now, can you start teaching me how to talk?"

["well... all you have to do is get used to the way your mouth works, you already know how to talk, you just need to know how to make the correct noises"]

*I start walking towards the Gym*
