i said hallucination ,not ghost. There is a difference ,ALSO if you brighten up the image then you will see that phantom freddy has a golden tint to it and his hat is positioned in the same way like golden freddy in fnaf 2 and wires are hanging out of his eyes in the same way as in fnaf 2. So ya ,phantom freddy is actually golden freddy.
