Downloaded the album while I was at work today, and I have been listening to it for most of the evening. I can't comment on specific songs as I wasn't concentrating on what the names were as they went by.
Personally I like it better than the first album, it flows really well, and the music is very chilled out to listen too. Some of the songs on the first album were a bit too cheesy. I like the piano bits in quite a few of the songs, particularly towards the end.

Thanks for the feedback. I've had people go both ways, some say Vol. 1 was better, some say Vol. 2. The feel of each is different, so I can't eally say which one I prefer more.

Dan...man...whoah! I dl'd the entire album and I have to say this is the most refreshing collection of mixes to come along in some time. I'm a big fan of game music, but you've really outdone yourself here with some very fresh mixes, congrats and I can't wait to hear some more!!

just finished listening to all of them. This collection's got a lot of great remixes than the last (probably coz it contains a lot of games I treasure than the last - FF!). I transfered a lot of the music from this collection to my psp that im running out of memory now. but heck, it's great to travel around with console remixes like what you've done here!
There's one I'm not quite happy with tho, underground - the super mario bros 3. I can't quite figure out why exactly bt i just wasn't satisfied. but that's it.
I dont know if you did it on purpose but the first two you arranged to be on track 1 and 2 were the best in my opinion. and the FFs, Chrono Cross and Musashi's track 16 were great.
