The title is from a song, though not in the sense it seems. It's from a quote yanked from a movie in a techno song, not anything meaningful or melodic.

This is by far one of the best pieces of art I have ever seen. I love ferris wheels for some reason, and I love this. Excellent work. I have recently been working on something with a ferris wheel in it but it looks nothing like this.

I love it the color is beautiful, I love how you did the shadowning on the moon in read and the rest is so sharp and crisp. It reminds me of a really fun night at the midstate fair. XD

i don't know. it seems like one of those childhood throwbacks. even the title. it makes me think of something like:
We Have High Hopes... Until We Grow Too Tall For Them
and the way the shadow is there. like he's a memory, looking on. like the fair is a land of possibility to a child. then as we grow, we learn how it all works, and nothing excites us anymore. and then the colors you used are the colors of the dawn. that, too.
that was a totally emo explanation. i don't know if you were intending to put that across in the picture or what.
anyways, i like this piece for what it is. i don't know if i said that yet. it really rocks.

i dont think so...the background is way different then an ordinary day....a moon will never be that close for you to take a picture...and if he did do an overlay then there would have been a million of different selections to make and get them all perfectally right
