Yes he is lol. But I'll breed him with anyone. Also, if you order just two goals, you can get both of them easily as the goals are usually sold for about 30 points and you'd get one free and the other one for 15. For a whopping total of 35 points.
And I've seen some people give whole batches away for free but that's in the minority. I usually see buy the batch of foals and get one free, the rest half off

Most of the time though, breeders have a set range for the litter. Mine is 4, personally, in most cases. Not variable sizes you have to pay more for. I guess that's where the difference lies.

I used to have set sizes by my watchers never had enough points so id tell them Id make them a deal and sell smaller sized litters for less

That's not usually how breedables work, actually. They're either, the creator always makes a full litter of X size, with extras for options, or it's pay per offspring if the creator didn't want to do that. Not pay for the options, and then pay again if you actually want them. D: I guess it's the buyers choice to waste their money if they don't take the extra foals though, because in the end the per-foal prices come out to 25 points, which is 5 less than it is for outside buyers.
