I dont know If I did the instructions good enough while I did this... But I think the pictures can help with that?I picked a already ruffled, white ribbon
and then took a blue/black ribbon to put in the centre of it, so it has the ruffles and a bit of colour.
I thought they turned out really cute ^w^
The ribbon Clamp things, once they're on
THEY'RE ON. So make sure you measure it good.
and just check to make sure it is the way you want it, its a pain trying to take off the clamps, however you do have to press really hard for them to clamp down, you dont want the ribbon to come out of it.
They are fairly easy to make
The only tricky thing is folding the ribbon and putting it in the clamp. Measurements you just have to double check after putting on the first clamp :3

Im kinda having difficulties on where to glue stuff...and im worried about the glue leaking D:
But they will be done soon..:3
