This is a summoning/creation of a golem made from spare parts.

This spell/incantation is a beginner's spell that is supposed to help you keep enemies away from you. Although the Golem is quite strong, these creatures are not particularly smart. (It's just a golem, it's only supposed to follow a few orders).

With greater knowledge, the garbage golems can also shoot lightning at opponents.
