This animation is for an Undertale animation regarding Gaster, the outline is plotted out by ,
So hey if SWF file doesn't work properly, I can send an AVI file(and other forms) if needed.
I thought this was gonna take at least two weeks....Well looks like I am a speedy person

You can do it in forms of animation like mine here, or you can do PMV, totally up to you :33333

Done using Flash and Photoshop.
Since I hate drawing in Flash(cuz it's poopy), I drew like every frame in Photoshop and imported into Flash to animate it.
So there were like, 75 layers of frame image in my PSD file
