Description
Just a fast painting thing I suppose. Kinda out of ideas and art block keeps bothering me whenever I try drawing stuff. Been bugging for weeks now.Still practicing the use of custom brushes. Not easy to make it look natural but slowly getting there I guess?

I love how clean this is. Generally when I reach for the fancy brushes I find myself going all impressionistic over the whole painting and it usually ends up looking like crap

That's great! Hope that block goes away soon. I've had it for years now, however I put a lot of creative expression into my gardens and into photographing my flowers.

Did you make the brushes yourself? You say that it doesn't look natural, but I think it does. I really like how the grass and rocks are done in this piece. They look very painterly, yet almost photographic in a way.
I also really like the deer and her expression. I just love deer.
