Description
So the babies of Max's species is best described as a rabid possum. But as they age they loose the fur and the tail like a tadpole (though very rarely they can have these traits to adulthood) and age rapidly. By age 2 they are the size of around a 5 year old, but with teeth, and can chase you down.
Usually they sleep most of the day either in groups, or with the parents, but yeah, baby Max was a chungus.
