Description I like animated optical illusions. They cause an inner struggle where we have to question if what we are seeing is real, or if the eyes played a trick on our brain.. For a delicate moment the brain (our center of intelligence) and our eyes (not known for intelligence) are at odds. "Did I really see what I thought I saw?" The brain impulsively requests that the eyes look AGAIN, and in the end the brain almost always wins and says "That's an optical illusion, you morons. You're not really seeing that. Get back in your sockets." Still... that confused moment we have while we collect visual data... before the brain can make a proper judgement call ...that moment is priceless. It's the super unknown... and if its a good illusion that effect can last indefinitely. But we usually must decide whether its just an illusion... or it's NOT an illusion and we are in fact seeing what we thought we saw. The latter tends to bring an immediate halt to the fun, and there will always be those that will deny being momentarily confused. I say if you had to look twice you've pretty much been ILLUDED. My very favorites are the ones you can look at over and over and still have that inkling of a doubt that says "Wait a minute... is that REALLY doing what it looks like it's doing?

Yeah, I've always heard that's the way it worked. But what about a crazy person with a high IQ (genius level). I would think they'd be able to fool you about their sanity.

I favor this saying, "There is a fine line between sanity and insanity. I've erased that line."

So fitting! LOL!

lol! awesome line. I will use that elsewhere if you don't mind.
There's a fine line between fishing and standing on the banks of the river looking like an idiot.

LOL! Don't mind a bit. I love that saying, because I literally HAVE erased the line. You never know from one minute to the next if I'm sane or not! hahahahaha

Thanks so much! This is one of 8 pics I made while experimenting with multi-directional movement. I now have a folder on my page where I will post leftover versions of things I've made. I usually make several different versions and try to pick one to post on my page so I have tons of stuff like this that would otherwise never been seen by anyone.

I'm HAPPY that made you laugh!

But believe me, when my brain is doing that, it DRIVES ME CRAZY.

Wait! I'm already crazy.

And how would my brain be able to drive me anywhere (no car or license, dumb brain), outside of crazy (which is, BTW not only a *condition* but a place too)!

Now you're not only cracked, but you know I'm crazy as well. Watch out! I'm contagious!

you know... I've been thinking. (I'm not real good at thinking but sometimes I do it anyway) maybe you ARE crazy. lol
wait... don't hang up...hear me out...
If you're wacko AND contagious that means I could ALSO end up flying the coop as well. I could end up being that guy on the street that shakes a banana at people trying to convince them that it's making a sound. Hmmm... my point is...
That would automatically give me a good reason /excuse for doing lots of things I wouldn't get away with doing as a sane person. I like
that! Wanna be friends?
-sly grin-
lol

Absolutely! I'm not all that fond of being "normal" anyway. Oh, wait! I'm NOT normal! So yes, let's be crazy friends!

Oh yeah, one more thing I forgot to mention in our comments. Are you familiar with the "Emoticon" option on the lower right corner of the comment box? (This seems familiar. Maybe I have asked you this before...)

Emoticon option... hmmm... somehow I missed that but I see it now. How can someone that pays attention to detail like I do miss things that are so obvious? Thanks for rescuing me again... and extra thanks for not laughing at my being so oblivious to basic operating procedures.
