Description
BNSF 5906 & 8520 were on the head end of a coal train traveling through Foley Missouri on the Hannibal Sub when they struck a loaded dump truck. The impact caused 30+ coal cars to derail. The driver of the pick up truck was pronounced dead at the hospital. As far as I know the train crew was ok physically , but I am sure they are pretty shaken up from the incident.
