I honestly do not believe in a faithful guy...I mean, they might be out there. But I'm not lucky enough to catch one. And that's a-okay.

Maybe within the first few years of marriage he'll remain faithful since the love is strong. But as love wears off later on, or the marriage falls into a rut. Temptation will lurk every corner.

Maybe he'll be able to resist the first temptation, even the third.

But the fourth, fifth...he's going to give in sometimes.
Especially when I'm getting older and less enticing by days of marriage. Worn out by age, kids, career etc. He'll eventually leave.

Same with women....women could be unfaithful also.

Anyways, so honestly, I think I might give hall passes ( 2 a month, he's free to do whatever he wants twice a month). I get 2 hall passes also. I mean....the thought of being with just one person is quite tedious.

Although I don't think I'd use the hall pass at all.

I need to stop tackling ambiguous subjects haahah. I can't help myself.

I'm not enforcing these thoughts or trying to convince you this is how a relationship should be. Everyone is different, there's no one universal way where a relationship would work. Each couple needs to figure out their own grids and guidelines.

All I'm saying is, in an ideal world, I'd wish to remain exclusive. We don't live in an ideal world so I'm just bracing and opening myself to other possibility.
