The evolution of this character has been going on since I first learned to draw in like 2011. She was originally going to turn into a Reshiram at will, but now she's just an angry 12 year old who was named after her mum's favourite legendary. I'm sure this wouldn't be weird in the Pokémon universe, I know some people called Kitty and Robin and that's basically the same thing.
