The frontier can be unpredictable, so when Daisy heard the dogs barking in the yard, she hurried to check it out. She barely had time to pull her boots on!
Once there, she discovered a stranger hiding in the barn. The stranger seemed a little skittish, but Daisy was pretty sure that, despite not speaking the same language, she could make herself understood and win a new friend.
