This is lovely. The lady is very pretty, and I like the way you did her expression, portrayed the softness of her hair, and illustrated her graceful movements with the veil. So beautiful. The way you capture the movement of the character--both elegant and whimsical. She looks like she's dancing for fun, enjoying herself, without fear of anyone watching her. The background is reminiscent of a river in the moonlight. I'm just going to imagine she's dancing on a bridge near the forest. Is she going somewhere or coming from somewhere I wonder?
