Snide is a shiny Serperior that was born into a family of two Serperior parents, and a Froakie brother. Strangely, he was born with a genetic disorder that gave him longer arms, even as he grew up. As he grew older (at his point he was a Servine), a mysterious man in a black, neon green-lined coat came and attacked him, but his brother protected him and took a blow before the mysterious man fled. With his brother presumed dead, Snide has some trauma as he still now struggles with his past. Though gracious, Snide was lonely until he met some good friends, a teacher, and his girl friend, a cat named Catix.
