Description
Two of the stowaways, the last of the group actually, found themselves in a particularly dangerous situation.
They had taken the "Hiding in plain sight" approach to avoid being found out, but hadn't considered that they didn't need to be found in order to find themselves in trouble. Taking refuge in one of the dragon's boots sounded like a perfectly logical idea at first. It was so cliche, so obvious, so stupid that it would be the perfect logical spot to hide in. Nobody would ever expect anything that dumb after all. It was the perfect hiding spot!
Sadly their plan worked a little too well. The owner of the boots didn't even glance down into them before sliding her legs into the tall rubber chutes and zipping them up. She didn't notice the two tiny figures breaking into a desperate sprint for the open-toed end of one boot, only to be slammed down onto the unforgiving rubber sole by a set of wiggly draconic digits.
The only thing she noticed was a slightly uncomfortable sensation of something stuck under her foot that she felt with every other step. Not frustrating enough to pick out, she just flexed her toes and rubbed the sole of her foot against the inside of the boot hoping to dislodge whatever it was. Guh, when she has a chance to sit down she'll get it. It felt like those little niggling pebbles or pieces of lint or what have you were holding on for dear life!
And, unbeknownst to the oblivious dragoness, they quite literally were. Stuck between a rock and a hard place the two tiny individuals found themselves in a pickle. The flexing and rolling and grinding and stretching of her digits pushed them hard into the underside of her toes. An incalculable weight pressed down on them, forcing their frail little bodies to groan in discomfort every time she stepped down. Thank goodness the soles of her feet were soft, and even with the weight of the world (or at least what felt like it) pressing down on them, the smooth blue surface merely formed a depressive dimple around their bodies. Every harsh bring-down of her foot was followed by a disorienting reverse of gravity as she lifted the foot back up, which would cause them to lose their grips on the smooth curves of her toes and tumble back down into her boot again. Over and over and over the poor little figures felt the near crushing weight of the giantess descend upon them with only fractions of a second of reprieve in between merciless pummelings. They were flattened against her sole, squeezed between her toes, pushed under her heel, then lifted up and tossed somewhere else to do it all over again.
Or worse, they would find themselves suddenly thrown forward out to the end of her boot. However much it wasn't fun to be repeatedly stomped all over inside the boot, the alternative stomping they would receive from the outside was one they scarcely wanted to think about. And so they would cling helplessly to her toes, trying desperately not to fall, and quickly coming to the realization that perhaps it was safest to remain inside and at the mercy of the dragon's sole.
After all, it was the perfect hiding spot.

So I got an incredible collage commission from of my girl Ardy with some little peoples in all manner of perilous situations involving being trapped somewhere on her body. There were four "panels" total, but I felt that every one of them needed a little something-something special to do them justice.
Here is the first of the four with a little thingy I wrote to accompany it. It's been a while since I've written anything of this sort so I do apologize in advance for poor format and dumb mistakes. I'll be posting the other ones in the coming days along with the final collage piece--which will include all the stories I wrote for the individual pieces.
So yeah! Go give Marie your money, she's lovely to work with and does incredible stuff.
