So with all your works, do you trace out your vector first and then circle it with a splatter brush? I remember experimenting with splatter brushes in the past, but I never thought of trying anything this bold and striking. I also really like your Harley Quinn in this style.

I have a line art first. Then I choose where to put my shadows and light. And only at the end, I add the splatters.
