so, after seeing many people making these pokemonla thingy, like .. and theres no piplup - my fav pokemon - i decided to make one!
it took me about 1 hour -.-" just because i dont have photoshop and a gif creator so i had to use paint and some online image editor.. -.-" it was super pissing me out
