So this is a bit of a personal "vent" in a way, of my own imperfections and problems within my own self.
Red is Crystal's reincarnation, but neither of them know it. Crystal processes all the traits I wish I could have and be, whereas Red is an exact self-replica of myself, flaws and all.

That's really pretty, and has such a lot of meaning. The...song, is it? in the artist's comments really fits it, and you did an amazing job on the pic. The shading looks great, and the emotions are portrayed very well.

my only crit is that her eyes look too much like as if she were facing towards us,
Her eyes should be some what at an angle and smaller (the way an eye looks at a profile)

see how his eyes are slightly angled, and smaller than
they would be as to facing forward?
(I feel conceited for showing an example of my gallery)
If you take a look at the human/animal eye profile
it's always at an angle, and the iris is smaller.

I really like the emotional portrayal in this, from the facial expressions to the tear and Red's eye. The colors are a big strength of this along with the smooth lines and shading. Both characters came out great, and I especially love how the hair and eyes came out. The way you got the characters looking at each other was very well done in this too. You did a great job implementing the concept of this piece.

It kinda bothers me you vent a lot in your art, but then again, it gives it more of a sense of purpose, and I think that increases the value of the pic!

Craaaaaaaap Crystal this is too amazing! There are sooo many awesome things about this! First of all the concept is lovely. I love their expressions, with Crystal's calm and happy smile and Red's sorrowful frown. Also lovin how ya drew their hair! It's all flowy and perfect. Not to mention the anatomy here! Im no anatomy expert, but you made this so beauftifully! Simply beautiful shading and beautiful eyes~
Also don't be so hard on yourself. ^^ We all have our flaws. We are all human.

Aww hon thats a really well done picture. The colouring, the poses, and expressions..adds so much more to the meaning of the picture.
I know I can't speak since I don't know you, you don't know me and we never rly talk, but I know the people who love you, love you, flaws and all. You just would not be the same without them, <3 Nobodies perfect, and it shows what a good person you are for acknowleging your own flaws.
But you shouldn't look down at them. Flaws are what make us all unique, perhaps even more so than our strengths. <3

This is a really beautiful piece Crystal. I love how you can portray emotions so well in pieces like this, I can even see Crystal's eyes "smiling" and looking happy and Red's, not just because of the tears seem sad. It just looks so amazing.
