SO AT WORK i made a Red Riding Hood set, for Gaia, because i love fairytales and I love tweaking them.Anyways I loved doing this set and I drew this image to go with my gaia journal listing what i made for this CI!

i really REALLY love this. her legs are just so perfect and the pose is so actiony without losing any of the detail you put into it. the angle of her hands is just LOVE and the super dark shadows across the whole thing(especially her face) make her eyes just GLOW.
you have such a studied understanding of light and how it falls on her and the angle of the whole image, the viewer is looking up at her, makes it so much more dynamic.
yay for tweaking old school fairy tales! if this is how you portray such a classic character as little red, i wish the brothers Grimm would've talked to you first XDDD

Wasnt it Cinderella who ended up w/ bloodied feet? Cuz I remember being told something about how her shoes had shattered and she danced the night away in a sea of blood and actually died at midnight or something. O_o Maybe they were just fucking with me. Love how Lil red looks btw <3

I THINK that's a twisted version of the tale. THO in the original tale of Cinderella the prince cut the feet of the women who didn't feet the shoes to be the "ideal foot size" XD But the bloodied feet is more of a nod to the song than a fairytale XD
