The Marine above belongs to a Warhammer 30k AU Legion known as the Winter Wolves. These Marines are something of mine that are old, so have a revamp of their original scheme. They Commonly wore MK X because the Primaris Project bore fruit early on and was released to some Loyalist Legions. Their Legion culture is based off of Scandinavia with primary focus on Scottish Gaelic and Irish Gaelic.
