Saw this base -> fav.me/db67bae by TreyTheShiba and instantly thought "I need to make a Raseri icon using this"So I did!
Raseri has 5 different expressions, all of which come with different colours! She's actually inspired by the set of crystal furblings that were released a few years ago (I own the entire set!)
