I was unable to find a pattern like this, searched the whole internet for it. Until I came to the conclusion I'd better make one myself. So I did; this is my result.It's high resolution (1263px * 1263px), tileable (seamless) and has a transparent background.
I'd love to get a comment if you enjoy this pattern! : )

Ugh, no spare time at all! Since I'm too busy webdeveloping I had no time to improve the pattern or to create a new one. But now I actually pulled myself together to make some minor adjustments and add different colors. The pattern is standard available in black, white, red, purple, blue, light blue, green, yellow, orange and brown. There are even black patterns in different opacities (75%, 50%, 25% and 10%).

Well, I just click on the download button, but when I want to open the file, photoshop opens and that's it. I get an empty photoshop screen. Besides, normal photoshop files have an blue icon, the icon at this file is white and blue.. really weird

You need the extract the file to your the pattern folder of Photoshop. If you open it, it will be added to the current patterns in your Photoshop list (in ie Blending options > Pattern overlay). For more info you need to read an article on Photoshop Patterns

Extract the .pat file from the zip file to C:\Program Files\Adobe Photoshop (your version)\Presets\Patterns and go in PS to blending options of the layer you want it on. Click on pattern overlay and then on the arrow next to the current patterns. Now you need to click on the small arrow next to all the pattern previews and click on "Load Patterns".. Now load the floral pattern and you'll see it in your pattern list
