Description
This piece was created in three different mediums:1. Photography
2. Digital software and whatnot
3. Graphite pencil
It took 6 days and approximately 10 hours of work to complete.
This particular dimension is home to two floaty God heads-Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland-whom work at a desk in space to creat the show Rick and Morty together.
BUT- In bewilderment, the duo sees the characters that they had originally thought to be fictional appear to them via green portal.
It is so very difficult to make good digital art using the piece of crap software I'm using. Not to mention I only have a mouse. XD
But it was fun nonetheless and that's all that matters.
Seriously. It's not like I'm going to win.

Sorry. Your entry is really cool, I was just upset. I've been having a bad week this week, depression is hitting me badly, and I'm having trouble being motivated to finish my entry. And on top of that, since I'm using traditional art for my drawing, surprise surprise, all the scanners I should have access to aren't working. Gah! I want to win, or at least place, but it's like, why should I get my hopes up.

Thank you. I think what I'll do is send a fan letter and my Rick and Morty fanart to Justin as just a present instead. Honestly, since I heard he'd be judging the contest, I wanted to place to see if he'd like my art. Who knows, maybe if he replies I can get a signed poster or something cool.

this is a pretty awesome idea including the creators (and using mixed media), within the drawing which fits with the genre where anything is possible. it's incredible it took you so long but i guess this is a unusually task for you, so you've done all your best for the result. i see you didn't correct your minor errors (e.g. Dan's eye) further than that i'd say, keep practicing for anatomy and other things you'd like to improve about yourself. also thanks for inviting me to your deviation

Looks pretty good to me, i love this show. All i would say to do is maybe add a little more contrast to the sketched faces in the background, that way there is a little more depth to them and it would work well with the shadows that Rick and Morty are casting. It's pretty groovy all together. You did very well, good luck.
