Probably not. Considering the rules says "- this base is for use for adoptables only. that means please do not use this for other purposes eg random oc drawing, selling "dolls" on this base of other people's characters etc etc
you MAY use it for character reference also, but that's it." I think customs fall under the 'etc etc' in the do not use.

But I understand why you had to make these strict rules.
I see so many people crediting themselves but NEVER the base maker and I just think what the HECK. Or "base © not me". Like no shit Sherlock. Whether they paid for the base or not, people who generously made the base shouldn't just be tossed around like that.

mostly it was just people doing things i really didn't approve of (using it to sell "dolls" of other peoples characters on other sites, redistributing it for outfit contests and such <___>) but once, i did find it used for fetish art e v e
