An old animation school concept assignment. I came across it on my hard drive. The assignment was "draw a flying car" I remember the teacher liking that it was a bit more out of the box compared to the rest of the students who went more in the direction of sticking plane parts on car shapes.
Still theirs was more practical to use than this... I would not want to ride in it.
