This is a pic' of Terry Pratchett's character, Commander Sam Vimes, head of the "Night Watch" from his Discworld series. It wasn't actually taken from any particular scene, or novel written by Pratchett that Sam Vimes happened to be in, but was just a pic' made up from a friends personal experience, who didn't mind my sticking one of Pratchett's characters in the role of the drag-queen that he had once played himself.Related content
