Happy Halloween to all who celebrate it - a bit belated, but plans got in the way of finishing this, but here it is now!
I wanted to practice inking in dramatic lighting for shading. I got inspired by Rainbow and her cloud she scares everyone with . . . she'd probably have a blast waiting for unsuspecting passers-by to play her prank on.
