How to join/fill your application, step-by-step

READ
Read carefully the instructions here and in the group's Journals if you don't want to waste any time correcting mistakes and re-submitting your Character File.

DOWNLOAD
Click the "Download image" button on the right to have the full resolution of the Character File Template.

FILL IN THE CHARACTER FILE
Open the picture in the software of your choice (ex : SAI, Photoshop, etc...). On a new layer, fill the information required on the file, either by "writing" with your tablet's pen or by "typing" it with the appropriated tool.
You can use the same fonts used to create this picture if you download them from the links bellow. Otherwise, any font works, but I would recommend something easy to read and in the general style of the Character File (nothing super futuristic, for example).

IMPORTANT : You should draw the front head shot and profile head shot of your character in the squares on the Polaroid photos, and you can use the post-it to give your character a nickname and/or quote.

NOTE : Refer to this Journal [link] to fill the file properly. The files will be reviewed before they are accepted and ready to go.

ADDITIONAL INFO IN THE DESCRIPTION
Since it was pretty much impossible to fit everything on a character file, you will need to add the following information in the description accompanying your finished character file :

Story : Your character's past life, including how they may have come to come in contact with supernatural and evil forces, weird events, etc... Note that not everyone needs to have a dark, troubled past, or be rich orphans who fight crime at night. They have the right to a semi happy life too.
Personality : How does your character feel, think and act? This is pretty much self-explanatory.
Likes/Dislikes : Facultative. What does your character like and dislike?
Other : Facultative. Anything else may be added here, as long as it's relevant.

NOTE : You may want to write out all the information present on the picture as well, especially if you used your own handwriting before. It may be easier on the eyes for many.

LINK TO ADDITIONAL FILES
Add the link and/or thumbnail to the additional files : the "Character Full-Body shot" and the "Character Inventory" .

NOTE : You may want to write down the character's weapon(s) and item(s) in the description of the Character File as a quick reminder.

REVIEW
Review both the picture and the description, and make sure everything has been done properly.

SEND!
Submit the Character File to your gallery and to the group. Wait a little and it should be reviewed and accepted as soon as possible!
