Description I know, I know, I didn't make it exactly the same way than the original painting !
For those who know it, I reversed the angle of the pose.
The fact is that the light was coming from the wrong side in my little studio,
and only one of my ear hole is still available
A special thanks to the horrible green wall in the back,
which became black in post treatment with photoshop

Oh wow! I got goose bumps all over my body when I saw this, the model (you?) looks extactly liek the "original" model does.
That Vermeers painting is my all time favourite, I've loved it since I was a kid like 5 years old, or even younger. My father has this art-book series and in one of the cover's is this painting. The book really looks like it has been read a lot This really is a tribute to Girl and a pearl earring!
