Prompt 3 of Drawtober 2023: Devious Dining

A little straightforward this time around. I'm admittedly not versed in drawing food so I went with the most basic thing on the top of my head.

"There's one country in the world which doesn't adhere to the accord found among the rest of the nations. There rules a merciless tyrant who may respond to minor infractions with extreme prejudice. He rules upon the original homeland of demons and tarnishes their legacy with his ruthless reign."
