I use SAI for most of the process and Photoshop for the text and after effect

You know Fluttershy animals comes before poneys note first epsiode on how she could not even look at twilight but when sheaw spike se became very talkative.

"Swarm of the century" is a good example, even though she knows the parasprites will cause trouble she still kept one after they finally got them out of town the first time.
