I'm currently going through a period where I am shifting mindsets, improving myself and taking care of my needs.Been in a codependent relationship for a while now, breaking free from it around 3 weeks ago. Since I've noticed a lot of changes in my emotional and mental state, things have been improving even though it's hard.
