Yay finally, I uploaded something!
I've spent the holidays drawing and this is one of the many artworks / requests that I'll be uploading over the coming days.
This piece is inspired by childhood. I saw a picture of two kids playing on a pole by the ocean and it inspired me to draw this. But instead, I placed in Naruto and Sasuke hehe!
I'm pretty happy with how this came out, I drew it traditionally using my pens, and colored it using my mouse, and a little bit with the tablet but I still need to practice using it hehe!
Anyways, hope you like it! Tell me what ya think! I'll be putting up requests soon.

How did you do the refelection on the water?

I did it through Paintbrush tool, I just painted some diffferent shades of blue and some dashes of pale white to make that wavy effect, and where the sun sets, I added in streaks of bright yellow and sparkles of white (with Outer Glow Effect) to make the water look sparkly where the sunlight hits water.
Lastly, I added an Overlay Layer of Pale Blue to get the Blue-ish Tones. ^^

How do you do outer glow?
Doesnt outer glow make it glow around the edges of the picture?

Outer Glow can be found in the Effects (fx) menu below the Layers Panel..Yep it makes the edges of a certain element glow. For the sparkles, I make a new Layer in Photoshop, and I add in the white Outer Glow Effect, then using the Paintbrush, I just make small dots on the water and instantly it'll glow. But you have to be careful not to make it glow too much, you can adjust that in the Outer Glow settings.
