Tight design, in regard to the circular elements. And throwing in a bit of the old Asymetricality was a nice touch.
I kind of see what Mr. $jark was getting at. I think it would be nice, but not entirely necessary.
The yellow/orange tone is fitting. Muted, it doesn't overwhelm the eyes, looking at all the grays and such. Any more brilliant, and it'd be a different story.

i love the colors and the idea that you are after here. i suggest adding some depth to the horizontal yellowish bar as well as the circular thing in the back. nice work!!!
