Alright, I was sitting in my bed, its where i do my drawing lately, and I was trying to come up with ideas for something to draw but it just wasn't happening... So I turned on my Wii and started up twilight princess (playing thru again with only three hearts ) and something hit me. I LOVE the zelda games! I remember being 3 years old playing it on NES, I got OoT the first day it came out, same with majoras mask, HELL! i camped the wii JUST to get zelda before anyone i knew, and it was god damn negative 20 out, so i started thinking and coming up with new ways to reinvent the series in my own way, and i came up with this. Instead of Link being either some child in a little village somewhere, not really connected to Hyrule at all, just sorta on the outskirts, what if he was a poor kid, living in the slums of hyrule castle town? And this idea just sorta kicked started an army of more and more ideas and now i have almost a full blown story! im thinking of maybe writing it down and drawing pictures to accompany it now and then... ANYWAY! this is the longest thing i have wrote on dA yet... so... Im gonna leave it at that...
