Yes, as shown in the picture, the skin IS compatible with the Mine Little Pony mod.
NOT the comic book character, "Juggernaut."
This is based off the Call of Duty enemy called the juggernaut.
It is a set of bulletproof armor consisting of a tactical bulletproof vest, plated steel shin, knee, shoulder, and forearm armor, a tactical EOD suit bomb disposal collar, MOLLE vest, bullet resistant helmet, and other assorted accessories to virtually turn the wearer into a walking tank.
