I'm sorry if it has never been clearly said in any of my rules, but I have a particular annoyance for people using things without putting them up on deviantART and on something such as photobucket.
I would prefer you kinda kept that one to yourself. It's a gif and if it's on photobucket people are going to feel they have free range to use it, which is upsetting.
