Description
My second favorite Gwenpool match-up featuring one of the most underrated characters and series imo. Seriously, give Kyousougiga a watch, it's fun.Core Connections: Magically transported to worlds made of pen and ink along with their brothers, these bubbly, bombastic young heroines have the ability to casually cross dimensions with both of their identities being derivative of existing figures in their universe.
• Both are bubbly, bombastic, energetic teenage girls who originate from the "real world" that would soon become intrigued with a piece of fictional medium.
• Their very identity are based on a certain fictional figure (Deadpool and Koto Otona), that they would soon meet in their journey. Said similarities such as their most prominent abilities are magnified (4th Wall Awareness and Dimensional Crossing) that makes them stand out compared to the original figures.
• They would utilize their unique dimensional crossing ability to magically transport into a fictional realm of pen and ink. Within this world, they would become heroines who has a habit of causing misfit and chaos, both in part of their abilities, as well as their otherworldly characters.
• Later on in their stories, they would soon grow to become more earnest with their surroundings, in part of the various peers they'd meet and become acquainted with in their adventures.
• They aren't the only ones who would transport into this fictional realm however, as their brothers (unbeknownst to Gwenpool) would come along with them in this world, and join in their adventures (though to a significantly lesser extent for Gwen's case).
• During their journey, they would have a crisis of sorts relating to their personal stories, having a sense of uncertainty in one's self of the problems they face (Gwen fearing her future of being canceled, and Koto fearing on the potential destruction of the planes that she unintentionally caused).
• To add insult to injury, at one point they would become the antagonistic cause of chaos and destruction that would ensue for their fictional worlds (This one's kinda disingenuous, as Koto was more controlled, rather than doing it of her own free will).
• Over the course of their crisis, they would soon come back to their senses, in-part of the bonds of their peers and own personal growths, fixing the chaos they enacted.
• In the end, they both decided to reside in this fictional realm for their own personal reasonings (Gwenpool chose to stay in the comics to see her future come in full and Koto to stay with her family).
