"Another one of the Forwiks sisters. This one is known to be the shortest of them all, although sometimes she appears to be just a little larger for some reason. February is a girl full of passion and love, and is prone to have extreme emotions. She too has the ability to make the surrounding appear like how it will be the next corresponding month, in this case February. We have recently found that while they can project how the surroundings will look like in the future, they also seem to carry weather back as well. The area around them feels as if you were in the season each of the twelve is set in. In February's case, it's winter. She is very popular amongst the Neve sisters, which, after this experiment, have begun to hang out outside more often, although January, Feburary or December is usually close. There's still more to find about these girls, so further research has been scheduled again."
