Hey again ppl! I have a cute little character here I came up with. Obviously she's a flicky but different. She is able to speak English and looks a little different from the normal flicky. I've always wondered why Sonic and friends can talk but certain pigs , penguins , frogs , fish and flicky's aren't able to. So here's one that can but for a different reason.
