Description
GENERALS
Prices on sheet cover one full body human character (male or female) in casual clothing, other accessories, extra parts or complex outfits might have extra charges, full info needed to give exact price.
Image resolution for prices above is 16Mpxs (~4,000 x 4,000 pxs, or whichever the aspect ratio equivalent to 16Mpxs), same is the highest resolution available, commissioners willing to choose for the Standard Resolution 4Mpxs (~2,000 x 2,000 pxs, or whichever the aspect ratio equivalent to 4Mpxs) will have an overall discount of 20% to final cost calculation.
These prices are for non-private commissions, meaning once artwork is done it’ll be uploaded to all SSS pages and social media (with SSS watermark/logo) as well as for whichever site commissioner wants to as long credit SSS as author of the artwork, in case of a private commission (which has a 35% extra cost of non-private rates) this must be specified on the order, otherwise it’ll be assumed as non-private.
In case of OC (Original Characters), respective credits will be mentioned on description once artwork is published, in case commissioner doesn’t want to be mentioned should let know on the order.
These commissions will be drawn in art style shown above (SSS standard style, see gallery for more details), if commissioner wants the artwork to be replicated in any comic/manga art style (face design) should let know on details of the order, if not, art style will be assumed as SSS standard.
For more than one character in the artwork the next discounts are applied:
2-3 characters: 7.5% off
4-6 characters: 15% off
More than 6 characters should be discussed with commissioner, these discounts apply too for sequences as well. All characters drawn on a commission, no matter the number, will be drawn with same level of detail as shown on price sheet.
Gradient background is included on all prices on sheet, rendered backgrounds have extra cost of US$29.99, this price will cover common/casual environments, complex sets might have extra cost and need to be discussed with the commissioner.
Only working with references sent by the commissioner, in case of characters with different versions commissioner is responsible of sending correct details according to their specifications, otherwise, these will be assumed by SSS.

PAYMENT
Only PayPal accepted.
Once order is received (details and prices concealed), 50% of commission cost must be paid to guarantee a place on the list, note this doesn’t mean commission will be started right away but added to queue with a start and finish scheduled date.
The starting working date of the commission will be defined on the order and same might vary depending on place on the list, rest of payment (50%) must be done the day scheduled to start the project and once received the same it’s started, the delivering time will be specified on the order.
Commissioners willing to pay 100% of the order will receive next discounts:
5% off if queue time is less than 30 days.
7.5% off if queue time is between 30 - 60 days.
10% off if queue time is greater than 60 days.
In all cases of payment above SSS will send invoice to specified link detailed by the commissioner.
If payment is not done within 24hrs after invoice sent, this one will be canceled as well as the order, meaning slot will be sold to next interested commissioner.
In case of an order cancellation 100% of payment will be refundable within 24hrs after received. After 24hrs only 75% will be refundable.
No refunds of any kind after project is started.
In the case artwork couldn’t be delivered on scheduled time by responsibility of SSS, a proportional refund will be made, or, there’ll be added some bonuses to compensate the delay, whichever the commissioner choose.

PROCESS
The process has 3 phases:
1) General scene/sketching
2) Line work
3) Coloring/finalization
In first part changes and modifications can be done until commissioner is satisfied with general scene, this is defined according order specifications, proportions, posing and other details are covered here, once this is defined then drawing it’s started.
After drawing is started there might be small changes if asked by the commissioner, major changes in comparison to phase No.1 will have extra cost and same must be discussed to determine how much would be the extra amount, this same applies to coloring/finalization and shading process.
Contact is always kept with the commissioner during the process for updates and WIP, so quick responses are appreciated to deliver on scheduled time, if by any circumstances commissioner do not respond on a prudent time it’s very likely artwork won’t be delivered on scheduled time.
If commissioner wants to order another commission during the process, this new one will be treated as a new one, non-consecutive artworks are done unless these are defined from the very beginning.
Alternate versions are available, extra info is needed to give exact price.

PRODUCT
The final product will be a digital image file (non-editable files) in .png or .jpg, once finished, artwork will be sent to any specified link and/or address, once commissioner double checks the product and satisfied with the artwork then the commission is considered fully completed.
