As someone else stated ... I really like Anya's new outfit. The Mizpah heart is a real cute "inside-joke" touch.

Nice new outfit for Anya. I really love Herve's hopeless one-sided crush on her; I wonder if Anya is even really /sure/ what his problem is. Sissy's expression is worth a thousand words too.

A Yenta is a Jewish matchmaker (inevitably a woman). The role is semi-official, traditionally in European Jewish (Yiddish) society; she will identify potential romantic matches and introduce them to each other with the objective of a marriage in the near future.
Of course, a /good/ Yenta must be able to intuatively spot romantic compatibility even if the subjects do not appear to even /like/ each other. Naturally, there have been lots of comedy stories written and filmed about what happens if either this intuition doesn't work or if the subjects are... er... 'resistant' to admitting their attraction.
I guess the idea of Jim doing the traditional work of a Jewish woman (and really not wanting to talk about it) tickled my funny bone.
