During Evil 21's rampage, very few would trust the Good 21, since they couldn't really be sure that she was the good one. However, one who seems to thrust her the most was Ruby Rose, the niece of Son Goku.Ruby understood that this 21 was not the one who turned her older sister into candy. During their hunt to stop 21's evil counterpart, the two grew closer togheter, and 21 started to smile a lot more than she did when they first meet. Even tough Ruby's sister constantly accuses 21 of everything the evil one did, Ruby would always defend 21 from these claims.
After the whole Evil 21 situation, Ruby often hang around with 21 as much as she can, even despite the protests from her sister.
One thing Ruby likes about her is her so called candy beam, which she once made cookies for her. Even then, Ruby has tried 21's homecooking aswell, and claims is amazingly good.
Ruby is also aware of 21's crush on her uncle Goku, and sometimes tries to help her about it, but its not as easy as it seems.
