yuuka kazami from touhou 9: phantasmagoria of flower view (okay technically she was from lotus land story but SHHH)i'm really proud of this! i don't usually do bright colors, especially not yellow (can you tell yet that i'm a very purple person?) and i think it turned out surprisingly well here!
