She then presses another small button on her earrings as pictures of all the rooms she has visited so far appears like a small photo slide on the inside of the glasses (as her earrings are in fact miniature spy cameras which has recorded intel about all the security details as well as all the possible exits of the building).

Research/Engineering Department to help her in missions) she presses a blue button titled "cloak" as she disappears completely from sight.

Rouge walks out of the stall invisible starts to head for the main power switch to turn the lights off completely helping her to her vantage.

She then walks over towards the main circuit breaker as she prepares a small discharge chip which will allow her to smoothly scramble the entire system with one simple press of a button.

Well actually she uses her stealth to get undetected to just above the display case. Once there she uses a handful of smoke-grenades to make a think smokescreen which covers most of the room. So within the cover of darkness and smoke Rouge easily glides down next to the display case where she quickly switches out the statue for a homemade copy which is made out of selfcompressed minerals (which glows just as brightly as the original). And with all well in hand she exits the room through a tiny convenient air vent.

Rouge drapes the original statue under the cover of a curtain (in order to avoid getting blinded by its shine) she pulled down from one of the windows. She then lifts up the whole package and heads for the doors within the cover of the smokescreen.
