I saw the computer animated Disney video game movie ‘’Wreck-it Ralph’’ on opening day, and well… IT IS THE THIRD BEST ANIMATED FILM OF THIS YEAR-2012!

The story, characters, original and well-done! Like most would say, it is the ‘’Who Framed Rodger Rabbit’’ and ‘”Toy Story’’ of video gaming. However, I also see similarities with the Warner Bros flick ‘’Osmoses Jones’’. I also like that the four mains characters are.. have.. well.. it is two-by-two in gender, so it is not a Boy-band like ‘’Ice Age’’ but isn’t as feminist or sexist as… I really want to say ‘’Brave’’. Speaking of which, even the short film ‘’Paperman’’ is BETTER than Brave’s ‘’Luna Lune’’ (not much of a great year for Pixar). Hopefully it gets an Oscar nomination.

One of the spotlights of the film is the developing romance between Fix-it Felix Jr. (a parody of Jump Man, Mario’s early self) and Sergeant "sgt" Tamora Jean Calhoun (Samus Aran in a Halo game)
Their romance is so cute, so dreamy and beautiful and… and… well, I am a girlish boy.

I wanted to draw this like after I saw the film. It has been over a week, but better-late-then-never!

Also, I do like the other characters like Ralph, Vanellope Von Schweetz, Bower and Eggman? And everyone else who is either made for the film or already an official character from a video game. I also hope that (Like Toy Story leading to Buzz Lightyear of Star Command) that Disney Television Animation would make a ‘’Feix-it Felix’’ TV series based off the game and as a nod to classic cartoon shows based on games (Like the Super Mario Bros Super Show, Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, Street Fighter, ect) and maybe also do ‘’Hero’s Duty’’ and ‘”Sugar Rush’’.
