Legacy: A high school story that takes place in the early 2000s about an after school superhero club called The Legacy Program that prepares extraordinary teenagers in becoming the worlds next superheroes.

The Scarlet Shogun, aka Enji Hagetane, is one of the Four Crime Lords and the head of an elite assassin syndicate.

After a fierce battle with a rival ninja clan, Hagetane was mutilated beyond recognition. His loyal followers conserved what was left of him and encased his brain into a robotic samurai armor, and became The Scarlet Shogun. The armor that protects Enji is made of pure Velocinite, a rare and powerful metal only found in Japan, that was smelted from the blades of the enemies he has slain. Now, Scarlet Shogun is an unstoppable killing machine who runs his assassin syndicate with a Velocinite fist.
